This place was a great base for exploring the area, my room was spacious and cozy, and the food offered plenty of choice.

We had a clean and silent room with a TV set and a chair. The breakfast offered was fine with salami bought at the local supermarket, couldn't have asked for more. The staff was very good and understanding at all levels.

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

Not as close to the RR station as I expected; not in an appealin gpart of town. Also, wifi only worked briefly.

The staff was very helpful and spoke english, Latvian and Russian, all very well. The room was very clean. The entire hotel is new, so everything was in good working order and clean. Breakfast is included, was made-to-order omelletes or pancakes. There was also private parking, which is good.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, just one tram ride away. Our standard twin room was equipped with central heating, a multi-channel television, and a study table.

We liked quiet rooms, breakfast was really tasty and served in nice restaurant, friendly staff. location is 2 km far from centre,but near tram stop, with tram number 1 and 3 is possible to be directly in centre in 5 minutes.

Pillows in bedroom were very little

The booking said that there was a spa available to guests,what it did not say was that you had to rent it for 3 hours at €65 ! We did not have dinner as someone had booked the spa and kitchen was closed! The room was medieval and did not match brochure.we had a suite but it had ,no English speaking tv channels,no safe,iron,dressing gown and slippers,no separate bathroom,also shower sprayed water all over bathroom, bed was barely covered with a small duvet,our fridge was so noisy that it had to be switched off,and with no air conditioning,the windows had to be opened and we had street noise.o

It's ok for 2 stars, or cheaper 3 stars hotel.

Price is too high, should be 30% less.

Location was satisfactory. Breakfast selection was nice (except on juice served and no option for children offered to drink).

General service was only a little above satisfactory. Walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in the hallway and other rooms. Restaurant service was very poor. We were the only clients that evening and had to wait to be served while waitress had smoke and relaxation in glass room w/in the restaurant w/ other employees. In general ,very strange to have service personnel going for a break right in full view of paying customers.Choice on menu very poor. Mainly use of frozen veggies and fish (nothing fresh). Extent of children's menu was french fries w/ sour cream or tomato sauce.

Cozy queen room had everything I needed for my quick work trip – toasty central heating, a desk to work on 💼, and a TV for winding down.

The property here is lovely, the staff are friendly, and the location is fantastic being right next to the football stadium.

The location of this place is excellent, it is near the race track.
